Fairfield Chair, Brownstone to Open Showrooms in 200 North Hamilton

High-end resources Fairfield Chair and Brownstone will open new showrooms next month in the 200 North Hamilton building, which is part of the Hamilton-Wrenn design district.

Fairfield Chair is moving to a large-scale showroom on the second floor that encompasses more than 10,000 square feet, while Brownstone is relocating from the C&D Building to a first-floor space.

Officials at International Market Centers, which owns the property, said the new exhibit spaces provide ideal settings to showcase a greater representation of their product line and brings them together with similar designer-friendly companies, including Councill Furniture, Karges, Kindel, Fauld Town & Country Furniture, Vietri, Alden Parkes, French Accents Rugs, Stanley Furniture and more.

“With the addition of Fairfield Chair, we’ve got a very strong lineup of complementary designer-destination tenants throughout Hamilton this fall,” said Scott Eckman, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Furniture Leasing for IMC. “Having an iconic furniture company such as Fairfield Chair join us is a true testament to the high quality of resources – for designers and retailers alike – being offered at this property.”

The fall market takes place Oct. 22-26.
