FastFact: Millennials Want to be Courted by Brands, Loyalty Programs

Although Millennials clearly are the digital generation, a recent survey by Forbes magazine shows they don’t want to completely abandon traditional ways of shopping.

In fact, the survey said 68% of Millennial shoppers want a seamless transition from a retailer’s online shopping experience to the brick-and-mortar store.

In addition, the survey showed that a majority of Millennials are loyal to specific brands, but they want these brand to engage them on social media.
