Home Furnishings Business Taps Larry Thomas as Business Editor

Veteran journalist Larry Thomas, who has covered the home furnishings industry for more than 25 years, has been named business editor of Home Furnishings Business Magazine.
In his new position, Thomas will focus on business and financial news, and will write a variety of feature articles for the monthly magazine. He also will oversee the daily newsletter Home Furnishings Business Now, HFB's Designer Weekly newsletter, and write additional content for the website, www.HFBusiness.com.

Previously, Thomas was a writer, editor and columnist at Furniture Today for nearly three decades. During his tenure there, he covered motion upholstery, leather upholstery, bedding, logistics, and business and financial news. Most recently, he was the publication's news editor, where he wrote and edited content for the digital and print editions.
A graduate of Ball State University, he began his journalism career as a reporter for the Evansville Courier, the morning newspaper in Evansville, Ind.
