Customatic Adjustable Bedz names Kris Dyer to Head Customer Care

Customatic Adjustable Bedz, a retail solutions provider dedicated to the advancement of custom sleep products, has expanded its management team by naming Kris Dyer customer care specialist, a new position for the company.

Prior to joining the company, Dyer was the customer operations manager for Lexmark International where he had worked since 2001. Dyer has spent most of his career in customer service improvement and development. He holds certification as a Six-Sigma Green Belt and is an affiliate of the American Society for Quality and holds the status of Certified Quality Engineer with the organization.

During much of his tenure with Lexmark, Dyer was quality engineer for the company’s color printer manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China. He spent a number of years at Lexmark’s Lexington, Ky., factory as a technical support center specialist. While there, Dyer honed his focus on high standards of product quality, customer interaction and customer experience.

“As our business continues along its growth trajectory, we recognize the importance of maintaining excellent customer service,” said Phil Sherman, Customatic Adjustable Bedz partner. “Kris holds the skill set to ensure our customers are always delighted by our company and the products we deliver.”

In creating the position, Customatic demonstrates its commitment to customer service and to the betterment of its customers’ experience.

“We never lose sight of the reason Customatic has risen to be an industry leader in such a short period of time,” Dyer said. “Our focus on the customer is what sets us apart.”
