Wolf Furniture Sets Record Straight

Wolf Furniture has produced a television commercial that clears up confusion about any relationship to Pennsylvania’s governor who has the same last name.
A Blair County-based furniture firm opened an unusual advertising campaign Friday to make clear that its founding family is not related in any way, shape or form to Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf.
The confusion is honest enough.
Wolf Furniture Co., which operates nine stores in Central Pennsylvania, runs heavy television ad buys across the state in which family member and current CEO Doug Wolf often emphasizes the firm's name and reputation.
Gov. Tom Wolf, meanwhile, comes from a York County family that made its fortune building and distributing kitchen cabinetry. He, and his Jeep, were something of a television sensation in 2014.
