Ashley Furniture to Convert Hospital into Office Space

Ashley Furniture Inds. is buying a former hospital compound in its hometown of Arcadia, Wis., and will convert it into an office building.
The hospital, which closed in 2011, will be renamed the Chapel Hill Advance Technology Center under Ashley’s ownership. Ashley is acquiring the property from Mayo Clinic Health System-Franciscan Healthcare in La Crosse, Wis.
