At Home Group Files IPO Registration

Plano, Texas-based At Home Group has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock.
The home decor superstore will apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol HOME. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus and a copy of the preliminary prospectus may be obtained from BofA Merrill Lynch or Goldman, Sachs & Co. BofA Merrill Lynch, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jeffries and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers in the proposed offering. Evercore ISI, William Blair, Guggenheim Securities and Stifel are acting as co-managers.
