PerLora to Expand in Pittsburgh

PerLora has purchased the building at 2214 E. Carson St., next to its south side Pittsburgh location at 2220 E. Carson St., to expand its 12,000-square-foot operation.
Perry Sigesmund, owner of PerLora, had been trying to purchase the building for years. It will incorporate more than 4,000 square feet into his PerLora home furnishings store. Sigesmund expects to make a six-figure investment to incorporate the new building into the store in a renovation project with plans to open late this fall.
PerLora has two locations in Pittsburgh, including PerLora Leather at 2837 Smallman St.
