Dufresne Group Looks to Expand in Canada

The Dufresne Group, the largest operator of Ashley Furniture HomeStore locations, is looking to expand with as many as 16 additional stores in the next few years in Ontario.
The retailer owns 17 Ashley HomeStore locations throughout Canada along with 33 branded stores and four Stash-brand locations in nine U.S. states. Based in
Memphis, Tenn., the company also has 11 Dufresne Furniture & Appliance stores in Manitoba and Ontario.
The retailer is on the prowl for locations in Southwestern Ontario, Northeastern Edmonton and Northwest Calgary.
