Abbyson Offers Omni-Channel Experience

Abbyson Living is jumping into omni-channel retailing through its retail customers to increase growth this year.

On top of the sales and marketing initiatives currently promoting the brand through top retailers, omni-channel will be live at several big box stores. For example, a store might have an end-cap display of a chair and ottoman, with a sign encouraging customers to go online and search the brand name for more colors and styles.

“One out of four customers looks up a retailer’s name and wants to see more selection online,” said Yavar Rafieha, Abbyson Living’s president. “We’re making that possible by tying our in-store products to the retailer’s website, which will show more Abbyson creations.”

The tie-in will allow the company to enhance the consumer’s buying experience, he said.

“Because e-commerce is growing at a faster rate than traditional retail, this movement allows us to appeal to more customers and drive sales even higher,” Rafieha said.
