Case goods supplier Simply Amish has given four retail sales associates iPads for their exceptional skills related to the company’s 528-page catalog, price list, Live Edge program and customer ordering.
All sales associates who score 90 or better in the U.S. and Canada are automatically entered into Simply Amish’s bi-annual drawing for iPads.
John Colburn, a Simply Amish sales representative, developed an app for iPads and desktops for use by furniture retailers to enhance the speed of looking up Simply Amish products while working with a customer.
“With over 5,000 SKUs, our forward designs and quality pieces afford the most discriminating customer hand-crafted luxury, with almost unlimited options,” said Kevin Kauffman, Simply Amish founder. “We’re not a manufacturer who cuts corners. Sales associates, who realize that higher-end can’t be sold with just a smile, but also requires product knowledge, always want more information. Thanks to our reps, our dealers, and our employees who all contributed to our quizzes.”
iPads were awarded to Danielle Tasmajian of Fedde Furniture; Laura Jones of North Carolina Furniture; Jennifer Deering of Becker Furniture World; and Isaac Loewen of Simply Amish of Courtenay.
