Andover, Mass., resident Keri Steckler has won Company C's "Dream in Full Color" Pinterest Contest.
Company C is known for its colorful line of home furnishings and accent pieces. Early this year, Company C invited fans to choose any room in their home and share their color inspiration by creating a unique makeover board on Pinterest. Company C reviewed hundreds of entries before selecting Steckler as the winner of a $10,000 room makeover. She felt her current dining room lacked color, texture, depth, and warmth, but Company C’s design team was able to completely transform the space.
“Working with Keri on this project was so much fun. One of Keri’s biggest wishes for her dream room was to blend our fresh style and color with her treasured family heirloom," said Chris Chapin, co-founder of Company C. "Keri wanted us to create a colorful, kid-friendly, yet design-forward home for her young family.
“We are thrilled with the outcome of this ‘Dream in Full Color’ contest. I spent one-on-one time with Keri really getting to know her and her style, playing with color and pattern together. The project really took off when we brought in our senior in-home design expert to bring Keri’s vision to life. Our collaboration produced beautiful results. We love the new dining space and we know Keri does, too.”
The “Dream in Full Color” transformation was made possible by incorporating Company C’s signature color palettes with its fresh and bold patterns. Steckler selected Company C’s Simone dining chair in Paloma Moss Fabric, which worked beautifully the ornamental motif of the Courtyard rug and its hues of green, chartreuse, moss and hints of lake blue. The design team mixed in fabrics for custom cushions, and paired colorful Company C tabletop with Keri’s family china.
