American Furniture Parent Prices Shares for Offering

The company expects to receive approximately $105 million of gross proceeds from the offering. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 trust shares from Compass. 

Net process from the offering will be used to repay a portion of the outstanding balance of he company's revolving credit facility. The closing is expected to occur on or about Nov. 14 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
