Outdoor furniture supplier Agio U.S.A. has partnered to sell outdoor rugs from nuLoom through its sales and distribution network of brick and mortar stores.
nuLoom will continue to manage its existing e-commerce business with its sales team.
Andy Sokol, Agio's vice president of sales for furniture stores, said the growth in outdoor living has created a need for accessories.
“Outdoor rugs add color as an accessory to your outdoor furniture collection, makes for a nicer looking living space, and provides the practical benefit of having a rug under your feet in the walk area,” he said.
Agio is working with nuLoom to coordinate designs that complement outdoor furniture trends and styles.
Agiovoffers large retailers a customized program to match an outdoor furniture collection with a nuLoom rug that creates a coordinated furniture group that only one retailer will have. Direct container programs are also available in addition to the domestic program.
nuLoom has used been an e-commerce channel supplier since its inception. The company’s rugs are manufactured in Egypt, China and Turkey, but kept in an 110,000-square-foot warehouse in Cranbury, N.J., for quick shipping. The minimum order is $1,000.
