Furniture supplier Brookline Furniture plans to move its manufacturing facility and headquarters from its current High Point, N.C., down the road to Archdale, N.C. The move will allow the company to double its facility size and accommodate growth.
To accommodate growth, Brookline Furniture is in the process of moving its manufacturing operations, corporate headquarters and 75-person work force from High Point to a 100,000-square-foot facility in Archdale that will double its size.
David Sowinski, Brookline’s president and CEO, said his company transitioned office operations from its 50,000-square foot High Point location at 1941 Baker Road last week to 4015 Cheyenne Drive in Archdale. The company will move manufacturing operations to the Archdale location by the end of next month. Brookline manufactures a wide range of products including sleeper sofas, lounge chairs, occasional, dining and activity chairs, and ottomans and benches.
