Ellen DeGeneres to Host TV Furniture Design Competition

Talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres has partnered with HGTV to produce a six-episode furniture design competition.
"Ellen's Design Challenge" will features six competitors sketching, designing and building furniture in 24 hours. The contestants must impress a panel of judges with their creativity and versatility. The winner takes home a cash prize.
The show will be produced by A Very Good Production, DeGeneres' production company, and A. Smith & Co. with Telepictures. The show is set to premiere next year.
