Art Van, Schneider's Appliance Sets Franchise Agreement

Thomas Lynch and Tamara Lynch, co-owners of Schneider's, will open the new store this summer.

The new Art Van Furniture/Schneider's Appliance store  will add on 10,000 square feet to create an expanded 24,000-square-foot showroom dedicated to furniture and appliances. The venture will add approximately 15 new jobs in the community.

The Lynches purchased Schneider's Appliance 16 years ago from lifetime resident, Don Ehrke. The store, which has been a staple in Owosso for 60 years, will remain open during construction. An August grand opening celebration is planned.
