Zuo Modern Implements MAP Policy

The company's detailed MAP policy can be viewed here. Current and future retail partners should fill out and have on file with Zuo a current 2014 Partners Agreement. Current partners should update all current company contact information by filling out a 2014 partnership agreement.

Zuo Modern, San Leandro, Calif., will monitor all active SKU numbers on a daily basis; and record all MAP violations. Those who violate the policy will have 96 hours to have any and all violations corrected, and propagated across the Internet; and 96 hours to remove any violations. If violations are not corrected the partnership agreement will be revoked and the company will not be able to sell any Zuo Modern products online, or in a storefront.
