ViewIt Technologies has teamed with several furniture and accessory vendors to bring "attainable" 3D visualization to Toronto-area design professionals.
ViewIt, Burlington, Ontario, a developer of design-related sales tools for the home products industries that are used by design professionals, retailers and manufacturers, collaborated with furniture and accessory vendors Sofa Source, Surya, Canadel, VanGogh, Artage, Marcantonio, LeftBank Art; and the Canadian Decorator's Association to create the Design Theater Experience, for a Thursday presentation and a special display at the Jan. 12-15 Canadian Home Furnishings Market in Toronto.
The goal is to draw out the coveted "wow factor" by showing how the final results will look before any renovations have even started. Three-dimensional design renderings can be a powerful sales tool for engaging, exciting and guiding the consumer into making confident purchase decisions.
ViewIt has created a special display in the SOFA Design Center that will offer live demonstrations on how this new technology can increase sales and elevate the user's all important professional image. Participating vendors will be represented in 3D to support the concept. ViewIts 3Dream Room Designer tool is an online design platform that uses real-world products and materials in a personalized virtual 3D space.
On hand to share their experiences of how using 3Dream.net has increased their sales will be CDECA members Mary Dancey, Eun-Mi Lee, David White and Joanne Jakab.
ViewIT will run the Design Theater experience on Thursday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. in Showroom 111, International Center 6900 Airport Road, Mississauga, Ontario. For Thursday's event, RSVP here.
