Ashley Furniture presented free concerts in Arcadia, Wis., this past weekend, the LaCrosse Herald Tribune reported Friday.
It's the second event Ashley Furniture has hosted in support of the arts.
The company established Ashley for the Arts to provide live performance for area communities. Last year's turnout was good, Lockington said, and he hopes word-of-mouth brings more people.
"Art and music transcends politics and a lot of the polarizing issues," Ashley spokesman Jason Lockington said in the report. "It allows people to step back and enjoy life."
Profits from food and beverage sales at the concerts went to Ashley's Little Angels, which provides food, clothing and toys to area children during the holidays.
