Adams Joins Zenith as Customer Service Manager

Donna M. Adams has joined specialized furniture carrier and international logistics provider Zenith Global Logistics as manager, customer service.
She reports to Chief Operating Officer Michael Echerd.
Adams has responsibility for the overall management of Conover, N.C.-based Zenith Global Logistics’ customer service team, which handles day-to-day contact with customers, including delivery rescheduling, track and trace, claims, freight transfers, and proof of delivery.

Prior to that role, she served as group customer service manager for the company. Previously, Adams was customer service & logistics manager for Connelly Springs, N.C.-based GreCon Dimter Inc.
Zenith services retailers and manufacturers throughout North America with warehousing, consolidation and full/split container programs originating from multiple domestic and Asia locations. The company owns and operates its own truck fleet as well as transportation hubs and more than 3.5 million square feet of warehousing, including facilities in California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas, and Virginia.
