Meredith Graham, 41, was appointed "responsible officer" of what's now FBI Wind Down Inc., responsible for wrapping up the company's operations and liquidating any remaining assets, according to a company regulatory filing Monday.
In May, Graham had been promoted to the newly created post of chief administrative officer, general counsel and corporate secretary of Furniture Brands. She previously had been senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Graham had joined the company from Savvis in 2008.
Graham's agreement with the company, effective Nov. 25, will last until the later of six months from that date or the effective date of any plan confirmed by the bankruptcy court. Graham will receive her base pre-bankruptcy salary of $286,000 per year pro rata from Nov. 25, according to the filing.
