DFW Furniture Files Bankruptcy, Shutters Stores

Columbus, Ohio-based furniture retailer DFW has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy and has begun closing stores.
Three DFW furniture stores in the Pittsburgh area have closed their doors, after the Columbus, Ohio-based company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The stores are in McCandless, Pleasant Hills and Washington.
A notice posted on the door of the McCandless store says it hopes to reopen in early December after a bankruptcy court hearing.
