George Revington, CEO of Home Meridian International was elected 2014 chairman of the American Home Furnishings Alliance during the group’s 2013 Annual Meeting.

Kevin Sauder, president and CEO of Sauder Woodworking moves to first vice chairman, and Kevin O’Connor, CEO of Samson Marketing, was elected second vice chairman.

Wyatt Bassett, CEO of Vaughan-Bassett, moves to immediate past-chairman of the board of directors. All of the new officers will assume their posts on January 1, 2014.

Executives newly elected to three-year terms on the board include: Greg Harden, Harden Furniture; Fred Henjes, Riverside Furniture; Harvey Hollingsworth, The Natural Light; Joe Johnston, Johnston Casuals; Steve Lehman, Smith Brothers of Berne; Alex Shuford III, Century Furniture; and Bill Wittenberg, Klaussner Furniture.
