Carolina Mattress Guild Signs Brazilian Licensee

Under the agreement, São Paulo-based ApoloSpuma will not replicate current Carolina Mattress Guild product offerings, but instead will produce an all-new luxury line tailored to the Brazilian market under the CMG brand. 

“They saw the value in the Carolina Mattress Guild name and story, and the power of the family owned business model,” said Phil Grigg, director of operations for Carolina Mattress Guild, Thomasville, N.C. “We’re excited to be working with ApoloSpuma, and we’re looking forward to a long, mutually beneficial collaboration.”
 
ApoloSpuma, founded in 1966, is vertically integrated, pouring its own foams and producing coils in-house to reduce carbon emissions, minimize waste, and to increase efficiency and quality control.
