C.S. Wo Plans Furniture Store

C.S. Wo & Sons, Hawaii's largest furniture retailer, plans to open a 55,000-square-foot store in Kapolei next year.
Hawaii home furnishing giant C.S. Wo & Sons plans to open a 55,000-square-foot store that will include its full range of furniture concepts at the 40-acre Leihano mixed-use development in Kapolei.
C.S. Wo & Sons recently completed the purchase of about two acres of land within the development, according to Colliers International Hawaii, which represented developer Kisco Senior Living in the transaction.
Kisco Senior Living is preparing to start construction in early 2014 on Ilima at Leihano, a three-story, 84-unit independent and assisted living community located on a four-acre site in the center of Leihano.
Additional fee simple lots at Leihano, which is located on Kapolei Parkway and Fort Barrette Road, are available for retail and medical use, a limited service hotel and various types of residential use, according to Colliers.
