Hayneedle.com Gets Redesign

Responding to customer input, Hayneedle recently launched a new design for its flagship Web site, enhancing the shopping experience for consumers.

The new design is the latest in a series of enhancements to the site, timed to coincide with the holiday shopping season and part of the online retailer’s “Getting Home Ready for Company” campaign. 

The updated site was created based on customer feedback collected through surveys, in-person usability studies and through the company’s customer care center in Omaha, Neb.

“The new Hayneedle.com enables our customers to shop any way they want,” said Brian Moen, Hayneedle chief marketing officer. “Whether they’re looking for hot new products or seeking inspiration for room designs, hayneedle.com visitors will experience a simpler navigation, inspirational imagery and our new Style Gallery integrated throughout the site.”

In September, Hayneedle launched the online Style Gallery, an interactive and “shareable” collection of Styleboards, “how to” articles, trend reports and room designs created by the Hayneedle team and celebrity designers and lifestyle experts, including HGTV.com’s Brian Patrick Flynn, the editors of Clementine Daily, Meg Biram, Camille Styles and Copy Cat Chic.
