Headquartered in High Point, Decca Home will manage product design, sales and marketing for the existing Bolier(www.bolierco.com) brand. The division will also manage, for the residential channel, the Rottet Home Collection and Élan by Decca; two new brands being introduced at the Oct. 19-24 High Point Furniture Market.
Casey, former senior vice president of licensing at Henredon Furniture Inds., will lead Decca Home. At Henredon, Casey managed the Polo Ralph Lauren and Barbara Barry divisions. More recently, he was managing partner of Martha Stewart Fine Furniture.
"As a former customer of Decca, I can speak firsthand to their commitment to producing world-class luxury products," said Casey. "It’s an exciting time to join a company with the established manufacturing expertise and global reach of Decca."
"Our first residential brand, Bolier, will continue to serve as the premiere source for furnishings inspired by tradition and designed for today's modern lifestyles,” said Richard Herbst, a managing director of Decca Ltd., and the CEO of Decca's U.S. operations. “With the establishment of Decca Home, we will strengthen the foundation of our residential furniture business while creating a stronger alignment with our contract and hospitality divisions.”
The introduction of Élan by Decca and the Rottet Home Collection positions Decca Home to capture additional share of the luxury residential furniture market with fresh, contemporary, case goods and upholstery designs that are smaller in scale.
Based in Hong King, Decca Ltd., has been a leading international manufacturer and furniture brand for 40 years, making luxury furnishings for contract, residential and hospitality settings.
