Jim Parsons to Design for Uttermost

Home décor supplier Uttermost has named industry veteran Jim Parsons a designer for the company.
Parsons founded Guildmaster and was its former CEO and designer, and has designed products globally, including wares for an number of licensed brands. He has also designed private collections for several furniture suppliers.
“Jim is a talented designer with a long history of producing great design," said Mac Cooper, Uttermost president. "Even more importantly, he is a person who takes the time from his work schedule to help support the adoption and foster care training for children in China. It’s an honor to work with Jim.”
In his new role, Parsons is working across several product categories at the company to bring a fresh perspective and new look to the line. His first Uttermost collection is in the works and will debut early 2014.
