The Sustainable Furnishings Council will host a webinar focusing on responsible wood sourcing in China.
The event, July 18, 11 a.m.-noon (eastern) will feature Zhonghao Jin fromWorld Wildlife Fund’s Global Forest & Trade Network-China, who will share the latest developments in sourcing wood in China. Webinar participants will gain an understanding of how to mitigate risk when sourcing wood furniture from China, including best practices in supplier engagement, availability of Forest Stewardship Council-certified product, and Global Forest & Trade Network's free tools to help companies navigate the complexities of global timber regulations and responsible forestry and trade.
