Herman Miller Boost 1Q Profit with Acquisition
Herman Miller's first quarter profits rose more than 12 percent in the first quarter, helped by a recent acquisition.
The Zeeland, Mich., office furniture maker reported profits rose to $22.5 million, or 38 cents a share, up from 34 cents, or $20 million, for the same period a year ago.
