Furniture Brands Stock Begins Trading on OTC

Early this morning, the stock stood at $0.56 per share.
The company said last week that it would voluntarily delist its stock from the New York Stock Exchange.
The move to the OTCQB does not change the company's SEC reporting obligations under applicable securities laws.
