North Carolina-based Boyles Furniture & Rugs will open a store in Avon, Conn., this week in a former space once occupied by another furniture retailer. Nassau's Furniture closed its store in Avon in January, leaving he building vacant.
Boyles officials said they will have a grand opening for the Avon store Wednesday and Thursday. The new store will be the company's first location in the Northeast.
