Kuo Sells More Furniture Brands Stock

Furniture Brands International (NYSE: FBN) major shareholder Samuel Kuo (Shan Huei Kuo) of Samson Holding sold 33,277 shares of the stock on the open market in a transaction dated Wednesday, July 31.
Kuo sold another chunk of Furniture Brands stock earlier in the week, too.
The stock was sold at an average price of $2.45, for a total of $81,528.65. The transaction was disclosed in a document filed with the SEC.
Furniture Brands shares traded down 4.68 percent during trading Thursday hitting $2.24. Furniture Brands International has a 52-week low of $2.30 and a 52-week high of $12.74.
Kuo is co-founder and executive chairman of Samson Holding.
