Fast Fact: Mattress Sales Up 2.4% in Q4, Down 1.9% for 2019

Mattress industry sales totaled $3.81 billion in the fourth quarter, a 2.4% increase over the same quarter in 2018, according to preliminary estimates from Impact Consulting Services’ proprietary industry model.
Fourth-quarter sales were 9.5% below third-quarter figures, but Q4 is typically the industry’s weakest.
Full-year bedding sales were estimated at $15.89 billion 2019, down 1.9% compared to 2018.
