Raffel Systems Promotes Rich Weeden to President

Germantown, Wis.-based Raffel Systems, a producer of electronic components for motion upholstery and bedding, has announced the promotion of Rich Weeden to president.
Weeden, a 20-year Navy veteran, has been with the company since 2014, serving as engineering manager, operations manager, and general manager/vice president of operations. “Rich played an important role in Raffel Systems’ growth over the last five years,” said John Dudash, CEO. “We are delighted that he will be leading the company as we explore new technologies and open new markets.”
The 37-year-old company works globally to bring innovative and patented technologies to the residential and contract market. Products include power recline, headrest motion, heat, and massage functions, plus lights, charging stations, cooling cupholders, and lighted cupholders.
