Diamond Mattress Acquires Texas-based Royal Sleep

Calif.-based Diamond Mattress, a producer of omnichannel sleep products, has acquired Texas-based Royal Sleep, expanding its production and shipping capabilities.
Diamond’s acquisition of 35-year-old Royal Sleep gives the sleep wellness brand 60,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, plus the ability to offer faster shipping to more customers in the Central and Southern U.S.
“Building the infrastructure to match our brand growth is a vital step for Diamond and all our partners, and we are grateful to be able to do this with a great company like Royal Sleep,” said Shaun Pennington, Diamond president.
