Bach joins Kane’s Furniture as VP of Operations

Florida retailer Kane’s Furniture has appointed Bryan Bach, an executive with more than a decade of experience in the furniture business, to vice president of operations.
Bach was most recently vp of distribution and logistics with Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses where he led growth in the New York City market. Under his leadership, the company saw delivered sales more than quadruple. In addition, he established a development program that boosted the internal leadership promotion rate from 25 percent to 85 percent.
Bach is also a licensed attorney in business law, with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts and tax and audit issues.
In his new role with Kane’s, Bach’s responsibilities will include planning and executing all facets of the business as well as carrying out its strategic vision.
