AMP Welcomes Costa as New Customer Service Specialist

Michael Costa has joined AMP, a software provider for the furniture industry, as their new customer service specialist.
Costa will provide a high level of support for AMP’s growing client base, putting systems in place to increase the productivity of the customer support team and working closely with Clay Andrews, director of onboarding.
“One of the best things about AMP is the AMP team. We are a hardworking, lively bunch that continuously go above and beyond for our clients and each other. After meeting Costa we instantly knew he would be a great fit,” said Andrews.
Costa recently moved to Seattle from Northern California, and will build upon his degree in Multimedia Electronic Option while he grows into his new AMP role.
