Global manufacturer and wholesaler Four Hands has announced the addition of Douglas Estremadoyro to the newly created position of vice president of business innovations.
The position will serve as a key cross-functional business lead and project manager in the planning and execution of business improvement initiatives impacting the entire organization.
Estremadoyro joins the Austin-based team from Home Meridian International (HMI), where he served as their vice president of continuous improvement & business intelligence.
Having previously led business improvement projects both at HMI and as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Estremadoyro will be directly involved in the selection and implementation of Four Hand’s new Enterprise Resource Planning and Product Lifecycle Management systems, two highly complex projects of critical importance for the brand’s future.
“With Douglas’ background and skill set, he is the perfect fit for where we are in our company’s evolution, preparing for the next stage of our growth,” said Michael Bullock, chief marketing officer. “Douglas is well equipped to partner closely with key internal stakeholders to help us usher in the future of Four Hands business processes and technology capabilities.”
The development of this new role follows Four Hands’ strategic build-out of the management team, recently announcing Jessica Green as the company’s director of upholstery.
“Four Hands is respected globally for their constant innovation and thoughtful growth,” said Estremadoyro. “I’m excited to join this group of forward-thinkers and to collaborate on a vision for the future of Four Hands.”
