A.R.T. Taps Rozenboom for Key Merchandising, Marketing Post

A.R.T. Furniture has hired Doug Rozenboom as its new Senior Vice President Product Merchandising & Marketing, reporting to Jeff Cook, CEO.
He will be based in High Point, N.C.
Rozenboom replaces Adam Tilley.
“Doug brings both executive skill and a very creative business mind,” said Cook. “As we continue our rapid growth, Doug’s background in design and sourcing, coupled with his work history at key lifestyle retailers enhances our opportunity to maintain our corporate strategy of aggressive growth.”
Rozenboom was most recently with Berkshire Hathaway’s Larson-Juhl as Senior VP Global Merchandising & Product Development. He also worked with Furniture Brands, Pottery Barn, Thomasville Furniture, Walmart Stores and others. He has held key positions in design and creative to help grow sales, create brand recognition, led brand expansions and strategic growth.
In many of his earlier positions Rozenboom oversaw double-digit growth and incremental sales. He is known for working across many channels of distribution, leveraging ideas, utilizing market research, and designing products that are innovative and right for the marketplace.
