Hooker Names Johnson Creative Director

Johnson will provide visual direction for the Hooker, Sam Moore, Bradington-Young, Seven Seas, Homeware and H Contract brands. Working with merchandising, marketing, product development and showroom staff, she will ensure compelling and consistent visual communications and storytelling through photography, catalogs, online venues, marketing materials and showroom display.

Johnson, who reports to Albanese, joined Hooker in 2009 as visual communications coordinator and subsequently was promoted to the director level. Prior to joining Hooker, she more than 10 years of experience at Stanley Furniture, where she oversaw photography, catalog design and production. A graduate of Radford University, where she earned a degree in visual communications, Johnson and her husband, Joel, live in Martinsville.
