FFO Home Acquires Furniture Liquidators, Mattresses and More

Arkansas-based retailer FFO Home, which operates 47 stores in seven states, said it has acquired Louisville, Ky.-based Service Furniture and Bedding, which operates 28 stores under the Furniture Liquidators and Mattresses and More banners.
The acquisition is FFO Home’s first since private equity firm Sun Capital Partners purchased an undisclosed stake in the company in 2016.

The company produces mattresses under the Comfort Coil and Natural Elements brands.
FFO Home’s other retail stores are in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Kansas. The newest stores include 15 Furniture Liquidators locations and 13 Mattresses and More stores.
