Najarian Promotes Lawrence to EVP, Hires Dominguez

Casegoods resource Najarian Furniture has promoted Michael Lawrence to executive vice president of operations and hired Carlos Dominguez as national sales vice president.
Lawrence, who has been with the company since 1999, was previously vice president of sales and marketing. In his new post, he will oversee daily operations, marketing initiatives, forecasting, supply chain management, and work with key accounts and execute strategic plans.
Dominguez, who has more than 30 years of furniture industry experience, most recently was with case goods and upholstery resource New Classic Home Furnishings. Earlier, he has worked for E.J. Lauren, Guildcraft, Klaussner Home Furnishings, and Ashley Furniture.
In his new position, Dominguez will report to Najarian Furniture President, Mike Najarian. His responsibilities will include overseeing sales team, as well as contributing to marketing and business strategies.
“Carlos’ experience in growing sales teams, territories, and buyer relationships is proven,” said Najarian. “We’re very excited to have someone of his caliber join our team.”
