Flexsteel Adds Dubow, Murphy to Marketing Team

The company said is the new vice president of marketing, while Murphy has been named director of marketing and communications.

With more than 20 years marketing experience and deep knowledge of brand-building, digital marketing technology and consumer strategy, Dubow now oversees Flexsteel’s corporate marketing strategy and execution.

Murphy has more than 20 years of merchandising and marketing experience, including leadership roles with national retailers. In addition, she previously owned a specialty furniture store.

In her new role, Murphy is responsible for marketing, public relations, advertising, and social media.

With this expanded corporate marketing team under Dubow’s leadership, the company said Julie Bizzis, senior vice president of strategic growth, will be retiring on April 1.
