E.S. Kluft Names Visser, Swygman to Regional Sales Posts

High-end mattress manufacturer E.S. Kluft & Co. has named industry veterans Bill Visser and Brett Swygman to key regional sales posts.
The company said Visser is the new vice president of sales for the western region, while Swygman has been named vice president of sales for the central region.
Prior to joining Kluft, Visser was regional vice president of western U.S. and Canada for specialty bedding supplier Boyd Sleep, and prior to that was regional vice president of sales for Simmons Bedding. In addition to his 21 years in the wholesale side of the industry, Visser has 11 years of retail experience with RC Willey Furniture.
Swygman’s 16-year mattress industry career has been with Simmons, most recently as vice president of store success with Simmons. He joined the company in 2001 as a sales representative, and also was a territory manager and director of sales education and development.
They report to Dominick Azevedo, executive vice president of sales.
“We have assembled a powerful executive sales team who have all worked together before. We know each other very well and that enables us to deliver exceptional service and support to our retailers,” said Azevedo.
The sales team is rounded out with Chad Megard, who is senior vice president of sales for the eastern region and Canada, and Doug Kinde, vice president of national accounts.
The company, which is owned by Madrid-based The Flex Group, produces the Kluft and Aireloom brands.
