Raffel Systems Hires Mattress Vet Neal Grigg for Bedding Post

Raffel Systems, a designer and manufacturer of electronic controls for furniture and bedding, has hired mattress industry veteran Neal Grigg as its bedding specialist.
In the newly-created post, Grigg brings more than 40 years’ experience in the mattress business with expertise in marketing and design of bedding applications.
Previously, he was owner and CEO Carolina Mattress Guild, a regional mattress manufacturer with factories in Thomasville, N.C. and Orlando, Fla. Prior to that, Grigg had served as regional vice president with Leggett & Platt for 26 years.
“Neal brings extensive knowledge in the bedding category and will be an integral part of our growth in this area,” said Raffel President Paul Stangl. “Innovation in comfort and convenience is a pillar of our business, and Neal’s perspective and approach are a perfect fit.”
