Ante4Autism Moves Tournament Date to Jan. 27

Ante4Autism, the annual charity poker tournament held during the winter Las Vegas Market, has changed the date of its 2018 event to Saturday, Jan. 27.
Event founder Doug Krinsky said organizers decided to make the event one day earlier than originally scheduled to accommodate more local Las Vegas poker players and avoid conflicts with other furniture industry events.
It will begin at 7 p.m. at the Golden Nugget hotel.
“The Golden Nugget worked with us to move the event and we thank them for your help and support,” Krinsky said.
He said sponsorships for the 10th annual event are still available. Leggett & Platt is the presenting sponsor, and the company is joined by Symbol Mattress as the $10,000 Final Table sponsor; Ashley Furniture and the Furniture First national buying group as $10,000 Double Diamond sponsors; Eclipse International as a $2,500 Platinum sponsor; and Big Sandy Superstores and BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Direct as $1,000 Gold sponsors.
All net proceeds from the tournament will benefit five autism-related charities: The Paula and Anthony Rich Center for Autism at Youngstown State University; Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities at the Touro University Nevada; the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus, Ohio; Autism Speaks; and the National Autism Association – Southeast Ohio Chapter.
