Brown Jordan International Names Jeff Leonard CFO

Outdoor furniture producer Brown Jordan International has named Jeff Leonard as executive vice president and chief financial officer.
In his new post, Leonard will be responsible for leading the company’s finance, accounting, and treasury organization. He reports to Gene Moriarty, president and CEO.
"Jeff’s demonstrated record of leadership and success will be critical to BJI as we continue to grow the company and execute our strategic vision," said Moriarty. "As we build on BJI’s reputation as the leading manufacturer of indoor and outdoor furniture equipment, Jeff’s breadth of experience across a variety of industries will be a welcome addition to our world-class management team.”
Leonard is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of progressive experience in multiple business environments, including large public companies, private-equity owned businesses, turnarounds and rapid-growth companies.
Before joining BJI, he was CFO of The Hillman Group, a leading distributor of fasteners, key and home hardware solutions to multiple channels across North America. Earlier, he was CFO of Baker & Taylor, a global distributor of books, entertainment and digital content, where he helped drive an improvement in profitability, execute several acquisitions, and lead a successful sale of the company.
Brown Jordan International includes the Brown Jordan, Tropitone, Charter and Texacraft brands. The company is owned by the private investment firm Littlejohn & Co. LLC.
