Caitlin Doemner has been appointed to the newly-created position of director of client development for Gail Doby Coaching & Consulting, a consulting service for professional interior designers and design firms.
Most recently, Doemner built a client-relationship consulting practice, increasing her clients’ revenues by more than $4,000,000 in the first four years.
“We have brought Caitlin on to ensure our clients achieve the success they desire by connecting them with the best support system we offer,” stated Gail Doby, chief vision officer for Gail Doby Coaching & Consulting. Doby said Doemner will work with interior designers and design firms new to coaching and consulting, but who want to significantly scale their businesses.
Doemner will help designers define goals and drivers, uncover challenges and create an action plan for immediate and lasting results, she said.
“Our culture centers on providing a nurturing and action-driven environment for interior designers to radically improve their businesses. These professionals are talented, work countless hours, often have staff to support and personal responsibilities to balance,” Doby added. “There are steps that can be taken to smooth out processes, generate higher revenue, and provide a consistent stream of business. Caitlin will guide designers on the path to more profit and greater satisfaction.”
